App asking for a subscription when I've already paid - iPhone

sometimes your app may become disconnected from your subscription causing it to stop working. Luckily this is a very easy issue to resolve - think RESTORE!

If your app asks for a subscription and you believe you've already paid or you have an active subscription, then please restore it by following the steps below in the order shown:
  1. Use the 'Restore Access' button: At the bottom of the pop-up prompting you to subscribe tap on the 'Restore Access' button and then follow the on-screen instructions. If your account is fine this should work, but if it fails proceed to step 2.
  2. You now need to check your Apple account to confirm the status of your subscription. It is possible that your subscription is inactive, so it's best to verify. To check this, follow these steps:
      • Open the Settings app on your iPhone - not Delm8
      • Tap on your Apple ID at the top (this will be your name or your email).
      • Tap on Subscriptions.
      • You'll now see a list of your active and recently expired subscriptions. If your Delm8 subscription is active, it will show here along with the next billing date.
*** if your account is shown to be inactive, then you'll have to purchase a new subscription.

But if your account is active and you still cannot Restore it, then we'll suggest you delete the Delm8 app and reinstall it again.

If the issue persists please contact Delm8 app team by raising a ticket here or via a phone call.
