How do I cancel my subscription

You are free to cancel your subscription any time you wish, we'll tell you how on this page.
But first, please note that Delm8 operates a rolling monthly or annual contract depending on your chosen option. Also note that it is your responsibility to manage your account including cancelling it before your subscription is automatically renewed.

***After you've cancelled, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of the current billing cycle then it'll stop.

 The cancellation process varies depending on your device platform:


For Android
users, you can cancel directly through the Delm8 app or via Google Play depending on how you paid for it the first time.
To cancel directly from Delm8 route planner app, please follow these steps:
  1. Select the 3 lines on the top left of your Delm8 screen
  2. Tap on 'Pricing plans' and then scroll to the bottom of the list and select 'Cancel'

To cancel a Google in-app subscription follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
  2. Tap on your profile icon in the top right.
  3. Select Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
  4. Find the Delm8 app subscription to cancel from the list and tap on it.
  5. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.
To cancel an iPhone iOS subscription, follow these steps:
  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone (not the Delm8 app).
  2. Tap on your Apple ID or your email address at the top of the screen.
  3. Select Subscriptions.
  4. Find Delm8 in your list of subscriptions, then tap on it and select Cancel Subscription.
