How do I update the email associated with my Delm8 route planner
You can modify the email associated with your Delm8 account directly from within the Delm8 route planner app.
To update your email:
- Open your Delm8 route planner app
- Select the 3 lines on the top left of your Delm8 app
- Tap on 'My Profile', here you will find options such as:
- 'Personal Data':tap this to display your registered mobile number and email address. You will be able to change your email address from this screen.
- 'Change Password' to reset your current password
- 'Delm8 Subscription' this will show your currently active subscription and when it's due for automatic renewal.
Please note: You won't be able to change your mobile number, for that please contact the Delm8 support
