How to Create a Route in Canadian Route Planner App


Creating a route in the Canadian route planner is easy and straight forward.

                                
  1. First open your CA route planner app
  2. On the bottom right of your screen tap ‘Route Planner’ and then tap ‘New Route’.
                                               
  1. You will then see the screen below  - from this screen you will be able to rename your route, choose a start time and start location as well as finishing location.
                                          
  1. Finally select ‘Create Route’
  2. That's it - your route is now ready to start receiving stops. Adding stops is as easy as 1-2-3: 'Tap Add stop' > search for an address > add to map.

Your route
To understand the different options available when creating or editing a route please refer to the screen below

                                               


 Mark as default

Select this option if you would like all your future routes to retain the same settings as your current one. For example, if you always start work from a particular location, you can set your route to start from that location and then select 'Mark as default' to ensure that future routes automatically remember this starting point.
