I forgot my password / I'm having problems accessing my account
You can reset your password using your registered email address or mobile number.
To reset your password, please follow these steps:
Select 'Forgot password' - this is found in the logging in screen just under the password slot as shown below:
Next, input your email address to receive a reset code. Then, check your inbox - it may take a minute or two to arrive.
Tip: If the email is not in your inbox, be sure to check your junk or spam folder.
Input the reset code you received and then choose a new password and you are done.
**If you get a message that your email address is not recognised, this means the email you supplied may not be the one you registered with or you may have mistyped it. Please check it again.
