I'm having problems accessing my account / I forgot my password

Incorrect password or mobile number usage is the primary reason for account access issues.

To ensure access, verify that you are using the correct mobile number linked to your Delm8 account.

If your number is correct, then the issue will be your password, to reset it, please follow these steps:

  1. Select 'Forgot password' - this is found in the logging in screen just under the password slot as shown below
  2. Input your email address or phone number to receive a reset code.
  3. Use the reset code sent to your email to choose a new password and you are done.
**If you get a message that your email address is not recognised, please try resetting with your mobile number or any other email you may have used, otherwise get in touch with the Delm8 support team.
