I forgot my password / I'm having problems accessing my account
Resetting your password and getting back into your Delm8 route planner app.
Incorrect password or mobile number usage is the primary reason for account access issues.
If you get a message that either your 'phone number or password is incorrect' please do the following:
- First verify that you are inputting the phone number and password combination that you believe is correct.
- If the phone number is correct, then the most likely issue is the password - to reset your password is quick and easy.
To reset your password, please follow these steps:
Select 'Forgot password' - this is found in the logging in screen just under the password slot as shown below
Enter your email address to receive a reset code. Then, check your inbox for the code — it may take a minute or two to arrive.
Tip: If you don’t see it in your inbox, be sure to check your junk or spam folder.
Use the reset code sent to your email to choose a new password and you are done.
**If you get a message that your email address is not recognised, please try resetting with your mobile number or try a different email address, otherwise get in touch with the Delm8 support team.
