App appears slow or some buttons aren't working properly - Android devices only


Sometimes if you notice your app is being sluggish, it may be necessary to clear your app's saved cache and/or data. This is only possible in Android devices.

Please be aware that you will need to log in again after completing this step, so it’s advisable to make a note of your registered mobile number or maybe even update your password from the 'My Profile' area before clearing this cache.

**Before deleting your app's cache and data it'll be best to back up any route you do not want to lose by going to 'Menu > History' and then select the upward facing arrow to upload.

To clear your cache please follow these steps:
  1. Open 'Settings' on your Android device
  2. Scroll down the list and tap on 'Apps'.
  3. Scroll down the list of installed apps and select Delm8 app. (or search for 'Delm8' using the search bar at the top).
  4. Select 'Storage' and then scroll to the bottom of that page and choose 'Clear data'.
  5. Go back to your Delm8 and log in as normal. If you've forgotten your password, please reset it by selecting 'Forgot password'.
  6. Optional: If you had backed up your routes you should now go back to 'Menu > History' and restore your routes by selecting the down facing arrow on the top right side of the screen.
